What is you turn around time?

I aim for all personalised note card orders to be shipped within 24-48hrs (excluding weekends) after draft approval has been received.

Who do you ship with?

Most orders are sent via Sendle.

Orders to rural/regional Australia or to a PO Box are sent via Australia Post.

All orders are tracked and the tracking number is included in your dispatch email.

Can I see a draft of my personalised order?

Absolutely! When you fill in the personalisation form you have the option for a draft to be emailed through to you. Please note - If you select yes, your order will not be printed or shipped until approval has been received

My order is for a gift, can you help?

Yes, all our note card boxes come dressed ready for gifting including ribbon and gift tag. If the order is being sent straight to gift recipient I can also write your message on the gift tag. These details can all be included on the personalisation form.

Are any of your card stock options fountain pen friendly ?

Yes, I would suggest choosing my smooth stock (Gmund Matt). My linen stock also works, but best with fine-medium nib pens.

Do you offer refund?

All sales are final.
